Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Rivor Poker account and the data associated with it. It is maintained by Rivor Poker.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Rivor Poker and sign in.

2. Go to the Profile screen (bottom navigation).

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

4. Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send a request from the email address linked to your account to support@rivorpoker.com with the subject “Delete my Rivor Poker account”, or use the Support page.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.

What gets deleted

Your profile (display name, email, avatar and user ID), your chip balance and gameplay history, event and mission progress, friend connections, push-notification tokens, and any support messages linked to your account are permanently deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years where accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention law requires it. These records are kept in a restricted form and are not used to identify you in the game.

Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you (for example total hands played across all players) are not deleted.

Important to know

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Chips, purchased chip packages, event items, and level progress are lost and cannot be restored or refunded.

Deleting your Rivor Poker account does not cancel subscriptions or purchases handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store — manage those in your store account.
