This page is maintained by Rivor Poker to answer common privacy questions about the Rivor Poker app. It describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you. This is app-owned content and not an independent certification or legal audit.
We collect information you provide directly (such as your display name and email when you sign in), gameplay data (hands played, chips won or lost, and event progress), and device information needed to run the game (device type, OS version, and a unique app identifier).
If you choose to sign in with Facebook, Apple, or phone, we receive the profile information that provider shares with us, such as your name and profile picture. We do not receive or store your social-media passwords.
We use your data to operate the game, personalize your experience (such as showing your chip balance and level), prevent cheating, send optional event and promotional notices, and improve app performance. You can mute promotional messages in the lobby menu.
Rivor Poker may request access to your camera and microphone so other players can see and hear you at the table. Video and audio are only sent when you join a live table and can be disabled at any time through your device settings or the in-game mute toggle.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details. Your purchase history is linked to your account so we can restore chip packages and event items.
We use analytics to understand how players use the app and to fix crashes. These tools may use device identifiers and event logs. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who host our backend, process payments, and send notifications. All providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
Gameplay and account data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal identifiers within 30 days, except where we must keep data for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
You can access, update, or delete your account data from the Profile screen. For other requests, contact us through the Support page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The minimum age to play Rivor Poker is 18 years. The App is not intended for players under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact support so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available at this page with the updated date at the top.
