Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rivor Poker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The minimum age to use Rivor Poker is 18 years. You represent that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

Rivor Poker is a free-to-play social card game for entertainment only. Virtual chips have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services, and cannot be redeemed for any prize of monetary value.

In-app purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual items within the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform provider's policies (e.g. Apple's App Store terms).

Restore Purchases: previously purchased non-consumable entitlements can be restored via the "Restore Purchases" option in the shop.

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, harass other users, share offensive content in chat/reactions, or attempt to reverse engineer the App. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

You are responsible for content you submit (name, reactions, chat, video/camera). Objectionable content and abusive users can be reported and blocked from within the App. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Live table video/audio is optional and only enabled after you grant permission on your device. Streams are peer-to-peer within a table session and are not recorded by us.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, chips, and purchase history from the App.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
